Local businesses all the way. I needed surgical staple removers to tape 6 staples out of my partner's head following a nasty bike spill. Going to the hospital would have cost $100, and it would have taken Amazon more than a week to ship me a pair for $10. Quick internet search popped up Mullaney's, and in 20 minutes I was across town buying scissors...for only $3.10!! Buy local. It's quicker. It's cheaper. It's better for our community.

Mullanies has been a pain in the_____. They use couriers to make deliveries, never let you know their coming. Sometimes I've gotten my meds as late as 9pm. Because you don't know their coming Ive missed deliveries. Sometimes I haven't got my full prescription, with no explanation?. They use med- sync to synchronize deliveries which I learned from a different Pharmacy. This is a logical idea but only leaves you wondering "why didn't I get my full prescription" when no one's explanation is offered? If you want a headache use Mullanies?

Checking for a place that will order a custom compression garment. I was told at Mullaney's insurance will not cover custom compression. I'm putting this here because this simply is not true. If your doctor has written a prescription for custom compression for congenital lymphedema or you have a vascular malformation or DVT that requires compression most insurances will cover, provided you have coverage for durable goods. Check elsewhere, make sure you have prescription.

I broke my foot over the weekend and need a temporary scooter to get around. Mullaney's had just what I needed in stock. But even better, Mandy adjusted it to my height and showed me how to use it. She also graciously loaded it into my trunk for me. She's not only sympathetic to customers but really knows her equipment and how it works! Thanks for the help, Mandy.

My wife just had hip replacement surgery and we needed a cane to replace her walker. We were greeted as soon as we entered and directed to their selection of walking canes. The staff was supportive and helped us find an appropriate device for my wife's condition. This has been my experience here in past years as well. I do not need medical devices often and it's comforting to have a store nearby that cares about my family's medical needs and can help me find necessary medical supplies.

So happy to have experienced and knowledgeable people close by to help me pick out the right toilet seat for my Mother. Her comfort and safety is priceless. I can't image ordering these type of products online. Susan was very friendly and helpful. Another great reminder it's worth supporting local!!!!

On 6/16/19 my mother was fitted for her new bras and prosthesis. The saleslady Bonnie did not make herself available to any questions or concerns my mother had. My mom was told that this is a slow process to receive your products. After a month of not receiving her order she stated calling Bonnie. Each time she called Bonnie either gave her an excuse or just didn’t return her call. I starting calling the end of August. The first time I spoke with Bonnie she said “that order should have went out, I see that it didn’t ship so I will put it in the mail today. After 2 weeks I called again on 9/9/19. Bonnie again said that she would sent it out. On 9/16/19 I again called only to be told that she would send them out. On 10/4/19 I called again to ask about my mother’s order. At this point she said she still didn’t have all the documentation from the Dr.’s office but she would push the order thru (like she was doing us a favor). At this point I called & sent emails to what I can assume were her superiors. Beth called and apologized for Bonnie and said that they did receive everything they needed and the order was going out that day. When my mom received her prosthesis it was twice the size of her normal breast. I had to ask myself if Bonnie did this on purpose. I return them on 10/18/19 and requested the nurse’s notes & prescription so I could go to another Medical Supply Co. My shock came when I was handed all the paperwork only to see that the paperwork was faxed out by Mercy on 6/17/19 at 11:20am. It took over 3 months and 20 phone calls! Bonnie should be fired and Mullaney’s should be ashamed of themselves for keeping someone who treats their customers in such total disregard in their employ. Julie Bakes

Went to pick up my husbands medical equipment today and the lady who was behind the counter at the register was rude and not very friendly at all. I will be going somewhere else to get his equipment.
