I needed flowers delivered for a birthday, however I was not going to be able to be there to receive them. I called to inquire about how their delivery worked, and they were very polite, professional and helpful over the phone.
When the flowers were delivered they even sent me a photo to confirm the drop off, which was great. The arrangement looked amazing and the note was even handwritten.
Wonderful service, easy online ordering, and of course beautiful flowers. Great experience all around!

Flowers not delivered with in time frame. Flowers also dropped off at wrong location and left outside building. Paid for premium flower arrangements and received standard arrangements with flowers not ordered. Communication and customer service unacceptable. Never use them for a funeral.

I see your point. You received 25% less because I ordered thru From you Flowers, plus they gave me an additional discount from points from earlier orders. I owe you an apology. Given the reduced amount you received , you provided a nice bouquet. My lesson learned is to order directly from the florist and no longer from From you Flowers. Now that I know Murphys florist by name, I will order directly from you.

My husband had flowers sent to me, which he does every month. Yesterday he received a delivery confirmation, but I did not receive the flowers. I checked with the front desk and co-workers just to make sure that I did not miss anything. The answer was no, we did not receive a flower delivery. Mike from the shop called me just to make sure that I did not receive flowers, which I assured him that I did not. My problem is not only did I not receive the flowers, but Mikes tone was very off putting. His attitude changed my mood, which should never be the case when its about "flowers" and "love". I hope that he never ever uses them again.

I was in desperate need of flowers and live in another state. I needed flowers delivered to a beloved family member, asap for their birthday. I called close to 10 floral shops when I finally came across Murphy Florist via Google search. All the others had already stopped delivering at around 11am-12pm and I missed their delivery deadline. I was bummed. However, Murphy was able to deliver and they delivered beautiful flowers!! Such a gorgeous arrangement. Thank you for coming through last minute and saving a birthday!

I’m sure the flowers will be gorgeous. But when a customer asks when the order will be delivered, don’t say “they’re out for delivery” THREE TIMES and then hang up. That’s just rude.
