Murrelle is incredibly talented and truly the best in town. I stopped in about a year ago after running around downtown Cincinnati in a thunderstorm frantically trying to find flowers for our clerk’s last day. Murrelle made a beautiful arrangement right there using flowers on hand. The arrangement was perfect and the shop was quite literally the calm in the storm. I will never go anywhere else for flowers!

Horrible customer service, my boyfriend ordered red roses and the bouquet was tiny and sparse. Not at all what was promised. The man who was working was very rude, I told him that I wanted a refund and he refused. Paid way too much for these could have gotten way better at a store like Kroger. Overall terrible and very disappointing.

i tried to call. no answer i looked at their schedule and it said it was open, so i drove over 50 minutes just for it to be closed, ruined my day.

Ridiculously expensive flowers that are low quality. 5 Roses were 35 dollars. And after a day, even with the plant food mix, my flowers looked like this. Horrible.Go to Kroger for better and much more affordable flowers.

I came here looking for a quick arrangment for flowers! Walter was there to pick out the perfect flowers! Quick and I was lucky enough to be able to get a vase that matched my girlfriends dress for her bday! The flower section is great! Cards are there for any occasion! Amazing customer service! Will definitely be coming back!!!

I like to keep cut flowers around my home and Murelle’s is the best place to get them. I’ve gotten the most gorgeous roses and snapdragons from here. Their blooms are so beautiful and healthy and the service is friendly. You really can’t beat their quality. Will continue to be a regular customer!

I chose this flower shop because it got good reviews and to support local business-I was ripped off. I got 2 stems of lillies, 2 sun flowers a daisy and 1 sprig of eucalyptus-$48.95. Don’t go here!!!

Hours on site not correct. Went there on a Saturday at 10a store was closed and no hours posted on the door. Called number, no answer and no hours of operation on recording. Hard to do business if we don’t know when the store is open.

We had a death in our family, and my brother sent us this beautiful bouquet of white roses. We're a downtown Cincinnati neighbor of Murrelle's, and we'll be using them in the future. The man who delivered them was extremely courteous and diligent. For sure, we'll use Murrelle's in the future.
