About Museum Store
The Museum Store offers a variety of interesting products, including books, pretty magnets, and museum attire. The merchandise is wholesome and great for kids, especially if they like trains, with some items being a bit expensive. The store is smaller than it used to be, having been downsized and now partially extending into the natural history wing of the museum. The museum itself is very kid-friendly, featuring many visual and interactive displays that bring Cincinnati's history to life. Visitors can explore a railroad scale model of the city during the turn of the century, with moving trains, streetcars, and changing lights to depict different times of day. Exhibits include a Coney Island ride scene, antique cars, a streetcar to enter, a large replica steam wheel boat, and a recreated city from the past with printing presses and dressmaking shops. There is also a section showcasing items made in Cincinnati. Overall, it is a great museum for visitors of all ages to experience Cincinnati’s history in a fun and engaging way.

I thought this was a quality museum gift shop. They had quite a few interesting books, pretty magnets, and lots of museum attire.

Honestly the merch is nice but the gift shop was way bigger and way nicer when I was a kid. They severely downsized and weirdly jut into the natural history wing of the museum center.

A little expensive. The designs and products sold are wholesome and great for kids though. If your child likes trains get them a little something from here.
