This place is really awesome. Any flag you can think of (with exception to offensive flags) can be printed or stitched with appliqué. I've ordered multiple flags and the quality has exceeded my expectations every time. I plan on ordering more as the year goes on. 0 stars from Fairfield Oh. I called and talked to someone name Art and gave him the info he asked for, he said he would email me i'm still waiting 1week.I called back he said he sent it, where i don't know. So i gave him another email to use still no email. Sounds like they don't like to help people in my area to me. Thanks anyway i'll be sure to tell my neighbors when i find a company that will come to 45014. 03/13/20 /Update 05/05/20 Well i have to eat my words, National Flag Co. was a great choice for my flag pole relocation job. This is a real American company that exceeded my expectations of customer service. Jim Schaberle provided me with excellent customer service. I finally purchased a flag pole that I have wanted for a long time.I highly recommend this company to every Patriotic American. The National Flag Company is the real deal. I have gone to national flag for both business and personal flags. Quick turn around and excellent service everytime. If you need a custom made flag or it's time to replace the stars and stripes in front of your house, this is where you should go.
