Poorly wrapped on $1500 item bought at auction ... charged $170 for picking up and mailing 8# pkg sent UPS Ground from Cincinnati to Montana... arrived with end of plastic bag ripped open as bag too long and not taped ... worse packaging job ever seen and Navis grossly overcharged for services ... rated 1 star as no option for rating 0 stars

This business is completely unresponsive. Doesn't answer the phone and does not reply to emails. Wasted my time trying to contact them about shipping an item.

Brilliant, couldn't even ask for a discount as both my partner and I have disabilities and could not ask anything else from them. No hesitation in recommending these guys to my friends or family. This is a false listing. I just drove to this location and the building says space available for lease. I don't know who is "running" this location but their address and business listing is falsified. I would not recommend using them. If they lied about their address what else are they lying about?
