Newcomer was a breath of fresh air, from the no pressure first pre-arrangement meeting through the service itself. We were especially pleased with the opportunity to have the service and reception in the same facility. Kaitlin & Stephanie were exceptional in helping with arrangements. I highly recommend.

Mike Sexton at the West Side Chapel made our difficult time a bit easier with his genuine care, and compassion with the loss of my Dad in February. He made sure that all of our needs were taken care of from the beginning.
