I called to have Steven toe my car to discount tires - which is a mile from my house. Steve said he'd be here in 45 minutes- he never callled or showed. When I called to find out what happened the woman who takes calls made excuses for not knowing anything. So not only did they not deliver on the job they didn't do anything to fix the issue. Would never recommend

When I called, they said 1- 1 1/2 hour wait time. They guy called me and said he is running 30 minutes behind, he showed up 1 hour after he told me 30 minutes. I didn't have the correct change so I gave him $140 instead of $137 for a 12 minute tow which equals 4 miles! That is robbery, I will definitely look for a cheaper company next time!

Sorry to do this but too many people play in vehicles these days. Dude is supposed to be a professional driver but can’t see when it’s a turn only lane. The sign for it being a turn lane is huge, can’t miss it. Plus they had ample time to get over but didn’t until the last second. You can’t just flip the turn signal and get over. Use the mirrors on the side of the truck. They might be trying to drum up business but If you hit my car I’m not using your tow service. Please have them go to a remedial driving class. This was between 3:40-3:50pm 12/6 on Blue Rock Rd. Thank you.

We scheduled a tow through our Allstate app. They assigned this joke of a company (Allstate should be ashamed of even using this company)!!! steve called at 5:35 pm and stated he was an hour and a half out. When 7:35 pm arrived (2 hours later than steve stated) I called him and he immediately stated "I'm an hour and a half away". I then asked, "So you were 3 to 4 hours out when you called me at 5:35 pm"? That is when he said he caught a flat. I don't believe that at all!!! I then called newdawn's company number tp ask them can they send someone else. The lady I spoke with said they had one truck and said she would call steve and have him call me. He didn't. I got on the chat with Allstate and they called them also. Allstate told me he had a flat and was running late. Lies!!! There is a reason steve lied about this flat, not sure what it is, but I don't believe it at all. I eventually called Allstate's roadside number at 9:12 pm to cancel with this POS company. Julius at Allstate could see steve's location. He told me steve from newdawn was near East Fork State Park. That is located in Bethel Ohio. I am close to Hartwell Ohio. Do the math and know the story steve told is not adding up and if he is an employee of newdawn he represents newdawn. newdawn wasn't doing us any favors, we pay Allstate for a service!!! I instructed Allstate to never assign this place to any of our service calls again. Oh and not capitalizing names of people at this place or the so-called company was on purpose. They don't deserve the respect!!! Stay away! BEWARE they are also under reliabletowing as well as newdawn on the web. Found that out when I accidently called reliabletowing to schedule a paid tow. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!!

Worst company ever provided by my roadside assistance company. Did not answer calls or texts and left us stranded for hours. Only responded once we told them we were leaving a negative Google review… the next day!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We took my son to see the Cincinnati Reds on August 31st. On the way to the game our low tire pressure came on. We were able to get into the garage. I called and spoke with the gentleman that was dispatching. He told me he would be out all night and if it was able to be patched they could and get us on our way and to call after the game and they would come. We called after the game and was given 1-1.5 hours eta. No big deal. At this time it was 11pm. We waited our quoted time and called back. Then I was informed my information had been deleted and they got two car accidents so it was delayed a little. I understand my husband is a first responder so I get it emergencies come up. We were given another 1-1.5 wait time. We waited our again quoted time and called back. I was then told another 45 mins to an hour. During this phone call we were informed that they were not allowed to patch. We ended up waiting over three hours for them to show up. Finally when they did it was 2am in the morning. We had backed up in front of parking posts in the garage. The driver Chris that towed us tilted my car back to put it on the truck and scrubbed my car on the parking posts. He stated “I didn’t know you were parked on top of those” to which I replied “We were parked in front of them but that’s the least of my worries at this point” it was 2 am and we had our 8 year old son and had been sitting in the car for over 3 hours waiting. We get towed to our hotel with no further incident. I call the following week and was told to send over pictures and the owner would get back to me. They told me while on the phone that the driver had not reported the incident and photos were not uploaded to my tow. (Big shocker there) I waited several days and did not hear anything back. About 10 mins after the phone conversation the tow truck driver started texting me asking me to go to a used body parts shop or get a quote for after market parts to fix my car (my car is 4 years old with no damage) and also told me that this situation costed him his job. He also tried to deny that he damaged my vehicle and then accidentally admitted to it by saying that I told him I wasn’t worried about it. Which was not what was said! had to call back and the lady put me on hold to “call the manager” which was like a 10 second hold. There’s no way she even contacted him during the hold. I was then told to get quotes for the damage. I went to two separate places and got the quotes and sent them over. Called and made sure they knew I had sent them. I waited 2 days and when I hadn’t heard anything from them I called them. They ignored my phone call four 5 DAYS! Left voicemails and texted them. The only way I was able to get ahold of them is my husband called from a friends phone who had a different area code than us. They answered right away! We were then informed they had fired the guy and if he didn’t want to pay for it we were basically out of luck because he was a 1099 employee. This is the poorest excuse for a company I have ever used. You hired the guy to drive your equipment. You should have some type of responsibility. It sure isn’t MY fault YOUR employee damaged my vehicle. I will be speaking to an attorney about pursuing legal action. I shouldn’t have to pay for the $2,700 worth of damage YOUR DRIVER caused!

They quoted me 30 mins and over 1 hour later the driver keep saying he is 2 mins away then got mad after his company gave me the time frame and i questioned why the driver couldnt honor it 😒. I wouldn't recommend this group if u have a loved one stuck on the side of the road .because they would rather lie and leave on the side of the road then be honest and say it will be 2 hours .

We were broke down on the side of the expressway yesterday and I called to get a tow I was told it would take 35-45 minutes for someone to get to us we waited over an hour and I called back to get a recording to leave a message and then received a text saying that they were on the phone with another customer i waited a little bit and called back again and got the recording again so I sent a text message back to the number that I got the text from and got no response we waited 2 hours and nobody ever showed Do Not called this company if you are stranded or you will stay that way apparently

Driving around with a horn that doesn't work (per the dispatcher ) but the drivers finger did and he didn't hesitate to yell and scream out his window.Maybe it was the other car I heard honking and I was mistaken when I said it was your driver but the dispatcher was more worried about that then controlling your driver tells me all I need to know about the company. Pure trashEdit: (reply to response) I am absolutely sure it was New Dawn and have attached the phone log of my call to New Dawn. You either lied during the phone call or you are lying now.
