I honestly wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE. review. Every time I go here to buy meat, they treat me horribly. The customer service is awful. SO DISGUSTING. I went Friday 5/23/2025 to buy a box of chicken thighs and the OWNERS SON WHO HAS NO TEETH TREATED ME TERRIBLY. It was just $85 for the box and I went again to buy the same box of chicken and he tried to charge me $150!!!!!!! And I asked him “how can the price increase so much after a week? It was just $85 the other day?” Simple and calmly. He then responded with the most awful tone and response you could ever think of. He said “IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK. IM GOING TO PUT UP A PHOTO OF YOUR FACE ON THE DOOR AND A SIGN THAT SAYS YOU CANNOT ENTER.” The guy was absolutely so disrespectful. What he said really hurt me. I wanted to cry. It broke my heart. How can anybody treat another person like this. It was just a simple question. Its every time I come here. I AM NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET TREATED HORRIBLY, AWFUL, AND LIKE YOU ARE NOT A HUMAN WITH FEELINGS THEN COME HERE. IF NOT THEN DONT. THE PLACE IS ALSO ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO BETTER!

They have very bad customer service after calling my order in over the phone I arrived to pick up wasn’t ready and no one gave a damn even the sales Rep Charles we will not patronize anymore they probably treat all there customers the same way won’t be back

Do not come to Richel st and then do not right on Sidney st come to township st and then right on Sidney after u back up its way easier Richel st car park on the street there is no way u can make it right

Nice people there is quick as they can be to unload you. Absolutely absolutely horrible to get to. Do not trust your GPS and do not come in on Rachel street and then right turn to Sydney to do not. Cant stressed that enough! No overnight parking And they do not have a dock. People were friendly but it is a total pain in the rear to get to and to maneuver around there.
