We purchase a 2026 Ram Laramie in October. Donavan was my sales representative(5 star) and was the best part of this purchase. This was an out of state purchase so taxes had to be paid to our local state registration office. This is were my two star rating comes from. Once we received the title and check we went to our registration office to get the vechical license. Upon this process they inform us that the taxes was over paid and they will be sending the over payment back to Northgate CDJR and they will reimburse us the overpayment. So we reached out to Northgate CDJR and left two messages with the finance manager and had no response. We contacted Donavan to see if he could get someone to reach out to us. Erin contacted us and explained what they thought the issue was. We contacted our local registration office and explained what Erin had discussed with us and our registration office said that was not correct. So we reached back out to Erin to tell her what our registration office personel said and her demeanor changed to an attitude quickly. This is unprofessional, when working with customers. This is not our first out of state vechical, we purchase a new vehicle 4 years ago and had no issue at registration. So if your looking at purchasing from Northgate CDJR look over all documents and ask any questions about were your money is going and how they came up with that amount.
