Anderson NovaCare PT on Beechmont is a wonderful and caring place to help you recover from injuries. Both Zach and Michelle were very helpful to me on my road to stability and getting back to a normal life . I’m still going to improve my ability to go down steps and be back at work shortly. If you need PT check them out!

If I could give Zero stars I would. I was told I was covered up to six visits by their therapist, Michelle. I received a unexpected bill from them 5 months later. I was surprised. When I called and spoke with the billing department... Shea was her name. Very unfriendly. After arguing with her, she hung up on me. They told me I was out of luck and I signed a "patient agreement" I didn't need all six visits, I could have stopped, but they told me it was covered, so I used my insurance for the therapy. They racked up my bill and lied to me. Never go here. All they do is lie and say you signed something.

I have actually been to this facility for three different joint problems over as many years. They are fabulous. My husband goes there and I also referred my best friend. Michele and Zach are caring, friendly, and really good. They got me better each time. I will also add that I had an unexpected medical emergency (completely unrelated to my PT) and they were efficient, caring and got me to the ER. I can and do recommend them!

My experience with Novacare has been wonderful since the first phone call. Both Michelle and Zach have been wonderful. Zach explained everything with me in detail on the phone and made me feel comfortable picking this location. Michelle has taken her time in my therapy sessions and has made the experience thus far very pleasant.

I am new to physical therapy so I did not know what to expect. I found NovaCare to be a friendly, welcoming environment with knowledgeable, well educated PT's. I find their solutions to my problems creative and pretty much pain free.
