Very limited houseware items. Mostly clothes. Anything I was remotely interested in was overpriced. Limited parking.

Prices are ridiculous on home goods, more than any other Goodwill in the area. Skip this place if you're looking for a deal.

Good store with lots of verity of stuff. Good selection of men’s clothing. 10% off for seniors.

I shopped at this location for the first time recently and I will definitely return. I was looking for some items for my classroom and I was thrilled to find so many wicker baskets for reasonable prices. The store was pretty well organized and easy to browse and see what they had. I briefly looked at the dresses, but I'd like to come back another time and look at their clothes some more.

Great place for last min PROM suits. Large selection with great prices. No, they're not your grandparents' suits. Thank you, Paul, from taking the call to in store customer service.

Good stuff at a good price if you can make it through the line. They rarely have more than one register open no matter how long the line is and the manager is completely worthless. Luckily however the regional manager is highly capable and considerate. If there's a leadership problem at one of her stores better believe she's going to take care of it

Love shopping here, definitely my favorite and the fastest paced goodwill in Cincy where I catch really good homegoods ($22 was $250 restoration hardware stickered pinboard)and clothing for men (small-medium tops & 29waist)

This is my least favorite thrift store in the Cincinnati area. There were no bathrooms, the fitting rooms were closed and the older white lady was a little snobby. The only reason for the 2 stars is because I did manage to find 2 cute shirts

One of the worst Goodwills in the region. Too small, cramped and on a side street in Oakley that is hard to navigate. Prices are ridiculous with shoes being $16+ up and pants ranging from $8-$30. For many Walmart and Target brands, I don't think so. Employees are rude and dismissive. While browsing a shelf, a male employee walked over and without saying excuse me or basically any form of courtesy, pushed himself into my personal space to shove something back on a shelf where I was looking. This involved him putting his entire arm in front of me and his body right next to mine. I've worked stocking and retail shelving before, I know how this works. If a customer is in the way, you either wait or at least show some kind of courtesy (excuse me or hello). Not to mention that as a woman, it's intimidating when a strange man pushes himself in my way. Please train your employees to be more respectful of people's personal spaces. I won't be back, nothing exciting or interesting at this location.

Decent selection of clothing if you are a woman. Very small men's selection. Not sure if that's the store's fault or that of the people donating clothes.

You never know what you can find at Goodwill! For some reason the purses were all different prices?? I found a cute dress but I couldn't try it on in the store because their dressing rooms were closed they said. Oh well. Still good finds ! ?️?

I thought this was a pretty great store. The prices had been high here in the past, but I thought it was much improved. $9 for 3 like-new pairs of pants? Can't beat that. The areas for improvement were that one of the employees was being kind of rude to the others on the day I was there, wasn't the most friendly atmosphere. Also wish the fitting rooms were open.

As I stand in line (10th place) when one register is open, and after approaching another employee to see if they could open their lane, I am reminded of why I rarely visit this store. It is overpriced and the employees are ALWAYS irritable or indifferent.
