I am so upset with this place when I picked my cat up they put him back into a Carrier with saturated pads but then they said don't get the site wet. Then he get sick from being there and I'm told oh it's the weather can come inside and they wouldn't see him now I had to pay 117.00 out pocket for him to get treated from another vet DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HIM TO DIE OR GET SICK PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE

Great operation, people who genuinely care about their patients. Accommodating for out of town patrons.

OAR is a great organization, and it's a great place for cats to enjoy spacious rooms and catios while they wait for their families to find them. If you're looking to adopt a cat or just hang with them it's a wonderful place.

Got my baby spayed and all her shots. She was only gone for the night and seems perfectly fine and happier. 0 problems (so far. She’s still healing tho). Glad I took her.

My husband and I put in several applications to adopt a cat and the other shelters made it very difficult. They either wanted you to adopt in pairs or already have animals. Well it’s hard to already have animals when the adoption process for most organizations make it very difficult to even get one animal to begin with. This place made the process very easy and didn’t make us feel like outcast just because we didn’t already have any pets and didn’t want to adopt two cats right away. They made us feel welcomed. Our kitten is still a baby and we thought it would take a few weeks or at least a few days before warming up to us, but it only took her a few hours to feel safe with us. She is happy, purring and loving her now home ? ?⬛

Had a great experience. It was cheap and a non-profit organization is great as well! Well, my cat left without fleas - note: she is 9 months old and has always been inside and never been exposed to any other animals besides my dog. My dog has been treated for fleas twice a year and we live in the city, so exposure to fleas is slim to none for him.So as soon as we took my cat, they said she has fleas. So I told them to give her treatment and i immediately checked my dog and he had zero fleas on him. She came back home and I found 8 dead fleas on her and 3 still alive. I gave my dog treatment as well, just to stay safe. It’s just unfortunate that this place doesn’t require a flea treatment for all cats prior to the visit. Trying to contain fleas can cost you time, money, and tremendous headaches.

The staff in the adoption clinic are incredibly kind and helpful. The staff in the spay/neuter clinic do a great job, but are incredibly disrespectful. I've had many cats spayed/neutered here, and have had an awful experience with the front office each and every time.
