I have a lower lumbar issue, and after I purchased the chair my back feels great. They explained all of the features, and showed me how to use them. I sat in several chairs. They made a recommendation. The chairs come with a lifetime warranty, and they fix them at this location. Also, they had them in stock, and they even help me load the chair in my car. My problem is not completely resolved but we are working on adjustments. Sure it’d be great if we got it right the first try, but that’s not life. “Office Max associate Sarah assisted me last night. I wanted to make a personalized book mark. We put the copy of what I wanted on the book mark on heavier paper and then cut and laminated. I started with 3 book marks. Plan on more for holidays and birthdays. Will be great to give to relatives for holidays - personal photos of new baby with poems,,,older photo memories. Sarah was so efficient and helpful. Excellent experience.”

“In a desperate attempt to save my daughter's science fair project, we ordered an item from Geyer. We were on a time crunch and I was hoping the item arrived within the 1-5 days shipping window. When there was no update on the progress of this item 2 days after order, I contacted Geyer via email. I had an email back within minutes! They informed me that the item I ordered was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and offered to reach out to them for me. Within a few hours, they got back to me as promised, letting me know the item had shipped and would be to my door within just three business days after order. A back and forth via email sometimes takes days with other companies and customer service doesn’t happen like this very often. When it does, it’s much appreciated. Brett at Geyer was very polite and accommodating!”
