Not a good store. I bought a desk online for pickup, and the person at store wanted to give me the floor model. They did not have the desk I bought. Poor communication and handling of orders. I drove there for nothing.

I went in to print some things and there was only 1 printer working. I saw 3 employees standing around talking and they did not even offer to help. I will never go back. It is ridiculous and a waste of time to be able to get things done at this store.i don't understand how they stay open there is never any customers in the store.

I bought a small desk calendar item number 5307397, 4 pack of roller pens item number 924881 and a Cambridge 9.5 x 6. 5/8 item number 161360 totaling including tax $51.21. I could have and should’ve walked out of the store and bought it from Amazon for one third this price. Shame on me. I will never darken the door of this over priced store again. If any one want to contact me for a refund email me. So long OFFICE FRICKEN MAX! This store is located in Eastgate on Eastgate Blvd Cincinnati Ohio. In fact I was a member and should have gotten a discount but the cashier said it was included.

Terrible service. First I was charged for express next day delivery. Said it was USPS. Surprise package was sent to FedEx. Had to drive over 30 miles to pick up the package after a day (thanks to FedEx for calling me and letting me know). Called store instead of admitting their mistake after 20 minutes asked me to come to store for refund. Went to store, 3 people only one working. Has no clue. Said they don't do USPS when their receipt clearly says otherwise. Horrible service. Do not trust their service for anything. Needless my package was late as I had to then go to another nearby store to ship it. Horror awaits for any business you do with them.

I want to give a shout out to Tony! I was stressing because my printer wasn't working and the paper for my resume wasn't correct. I felt the pressure and stress that things were not going to work out for me. So last minute, I ordered my resume and PowerPoint slideshow on Office Max and called the next morning to see if it would be ready in time. Unfortunately, I was not in the queue early enough to get my stuff printed. But Tony went above and beyond the call of duty and got it done for me. I want to thank Office Max and Tony for their amazing customer service. Tony, you rock!

Sam at the Eastgate store was wonderful to work with to complete my printing project for an upcoming family event. He was very kind and patient with me as I asked many questions. He made sure everything was perfect and I was very pleased with the final products. I highly recommend this store.

This was my first time using OfficeMax for printing services. We needed about 2800 copies on quick turn around because we had to get out a mailing. They turned the order around in 24 hours and everything was printed correctly. We will likely be using them again. Good job 👍.

Nothing to do with store,it's online ordering, I was on the phone for 30 minutes explaining my address to ship my stuff,woman didn't understand, than said she understand, but didn't still was shipped to wrong address, still have not got my money back,crazy.order online from Amazon.

I went in to print one picture and had trouble getting the correct format of the file to the machine. When I went to the counter for help/guidance, the man working the printing area was less than helpful and told me that he had 19 orders ahead of me to take the time to help me.
