I frequently shop at this location but yesterday after 3pm the cashier that checked us out was so unfriendly and didn’t even say hello or anything. She hardly said two words during the whole transaction but of course tried to push us to sign up for the credit card. Not even a thank you or have a good day before we left.

I went in for a simple exchange of shoes for my daughter. I had the receipt, I just needed a size because 6 was just a little snug. I had my two toddlers with me. I was polite, waited in light, asked how their day was, etc. I was already stressed and overwhelmed by making sure my toddlers weren’t running off or being too loud, grabbing things or anything because they were going on no nap. I work ft, so the weekends are the only time I have to get things done. The cashier was very nasty to me as she told me that they couldn’t do an exchange on an online order even though customer service said I could. I was kind regardless because that’s not her problem. My two year old bumped her head, so I leaned down to console her and the cashier told someone else to “deal with me” because she “just can’t”. That embarrassed me so bad and broke my spirit. I was already barely holding on that day mentally but doing my best for my kids and still being kind to everyone else. The new cashier took over and was sweet, however I essentially paid twice for a shoe I simply wanted to exchange the size for. Then after all of that, I got home and they accidentally put the original size back in my bag. I was defeated because my 4 year old was loving her new shoes (I got them matching ones) and the 2 year old still couldn’t wear hers. I called the store and talked to a manager. The manager reassured me that I could just simply come back and he would exchange them, and they’d be at the counter. I go back on Monday after work, and they couldn’t find them. They had me standing there for 25 minutes while they searched (which I appreciated them looking, but at this point, it had been such a to-do that I was frustrated. I was STILL kind. Then the manager came over to me, he said I could drive to colerain to get some. I finally said “after all that you guys have put me through for this simple exchange, and you want me to go to Colerain now? I have to take my oldest to soccer. Colerain is way out of my way, can’t you just ship them to me?” He finally agreed on that. He was very kind, my only problem was the fact that I spent probably a total of an hour trying to exchange one pair of shoes, WITH a receipt, and the cashier was so incredibly rude to me and humiliating. Then the long wait and chaos. I feel like they could have offered a coupon or something, and they just didn’t offer a single thing to make up for any of it.

This store is always messed up what’s going on I tried to shop at this store two days straight it says open 24/7 and I find it closed every time

I have loved this store for decades. I wish they had more shoes but great buys on new cotton t-shirts and dresses too. They could clean up the sales area, difficult to see as they are jammed together.
