Absolutely horrible Old Navy!
I had forgotten how I was treated the first time I came here long ago , and was reminded why today . The staff are unhelpful and act almost annoyed with each customer that enters the building . Even with corporate calling in to make a request on the customer’s behalf , the manger declines to support and acts like she personally built the location with her own hands . Won’t return to this location (EVER) & considering not supporting Old Navy at all in the future .

I bought a pair of jeans online which I paid for with my debit card. When I picked them up they were the wrong color. The girl rang it up as I paid with a gift card when she swapped them out which I was unaware of. When I tried the jeans on at home they didn’t fit so I had to return them and they tried to call me a liar and said I didn’t pay with my bank card cause the girl from old navy rang it up wrong. They were very rude and disrespectful and I will never shop at that store again.

The vibe in this Old Navy was pretty relaxed. I couldn't find the pants I was looking for so the staff were super helpful and accommodating. Kyleen and Toni especially made sure I was able to find what I was looking for at another location since this one was out of stock. 10/10 very patient and approachable, would definitely come back to this location.

Went in today to get cloths for a job having zero idea about what I really needed. Asked 2 people for assistance both helped, but one of the workers went above and beyond to help me. His costumer service is incredibly. Definitely is the kind of employee needed in more stores.!

There are a lot of things you can choose from, including shoes, bags, shirts, pants, kids' corner and many more, the place is well organized and they are in order.I came here with my family, and my wife mistakenly left her wallet here. The workers and the management were able to track the ? down, and they handed it down to us the next day.
