They had their doors locked over an hour before they closed and then stared at me like I was stupid, but had nothing to say when I went in the outdoor when someone left.
Stood in line for 15 minutes, waiting to check out with the one cashier , while they screwed around with another employee scanning things to see if they would like to buy them.
They had at least 10 employees working, and only one person checking people out, in the store still looked like garbage, and was extremely dirty.
I won’t be returning.

Store was a mess. Lack of sizes or organization. Never greeted or helped by store associates or manager. Both manager and sales associate stood by the table in which I was searching for a size and they never asked if I needed help. No one helped me into the dressing room because a few of the rooms were open and left over clothes from a previous customer was inside. No one said goodbye as I left.

Has a great selection of girls' and boys' clothing for my kids. Would love to see the plus size section better stocked since the company has made such a push about it.

I had recently ordered 9 items from Old Navy, my package was delivered yesterday and only ONE item I had actually ordered was in my package, other items I had received were not even remotely close to anything that I had originally ordered. This is not the first time this has happened to me either, I had previously made an order as well and received items I had not purchased but at least that time I had received most of the items I had actually ordered. Called customer service and they can refund my money for the items I didn't receive but AFTER I return the items that they sent me incorrectly. Furthermore they can send the items I had originally ordered after the return is received and if the items are in stock, so wait another week or two to get the items I should have already received. Ridiculous. Will not be reordering items from them, I understand mistakes can be made but to incorrectly send 8 out of 9 items is absurd. Will not be ordering from them again and will be closing the credit card with them as well. Highly disappointed.
