Store is a MESS!! There are products just stuffed EVERYWHERE!! Not even stocked in the same area. :-( It looks like a hurricane went through!! I have driven 1 hour plus to visit other Ollie's stores and they were very refreshing to walk into. Those stores were very well maintained. EVERYTHING was neatly grouped together minus any customer putting stuff back in wrong spot. The Beechmont location just doesn't care the way their store looks!! So is it the MANAGER just not caring or the EMPLOYEES just not caring and the MANAGER just turning a cheek?? That store is a disgrace to the Ollie's vision of being a store to get cheap stuff. I feel ICCKKY when I have gone there to the point that now I travel out of my way to go to other Ollie's because they are not MESSY & DIRTY! I bet other people, if they were polled, would say the same thing!! :-(

Showed up a few minutes before close, I knew exactly what I needed to grab and where from would have taken 5 mins tops and got turned away at the door that was wide open and told I couldn’t enter because they close in ten minutes. In my opinion super unprofessional to turn away business and to stop a paying customer at the door BEFORE POSTED CLOSE TIME
