I was frustrated that ouac lost the toys I offered to sell them. After i patiently reviewed the issue with the submanager 5 times the store manager called and screamed accusations at me. Corporate offered to pay me for the lost toys but couldn't mail the check. This company cant do business. Just throw your toys away.

If you wanna buy or sell with once upon go to colrain or Florence… this one on glenway is a joke!! Took 3 bins FULL all WASHED and folded neatly for the lady to say with in 15 mins that “they smelled like cat pee” and didn’t take anything (didn’t even touch them) took them to colrain and they took back 88$ worth no issues.. tried again today (only cause it’s closer to Me) with 2 more totes and they went thru one bin (clothes have been in my car for a week ) but didn’t take anything from the second bin cause it “wasn’t clean” yet that bin just came out the dryer 15 mins prior to dropping off… LAZY and rude. This isn’t my first experience with them either but I will not be going to this location again.

I brought 15 pairs of Jordans all in great condition several pairs of 9c Jordans toddler clothes all name brand, jackets coats at least 20 outfits plus more .. i waited hours while ppl who came in after me was done before me they gave me 80.. white lady comes in she had a pair of shoes a blanket and a toy.. they gave her half of wat i got for only three items ..ill never give them another penny long as i live

I love all the Once Upon A Child locations but the Western Hills location is my favorite! I feel like the staff works very hard at what they do and they are always kind when I stop in. I love the organization and cleanliness at this location! Although I moved recently and I’m not as close to this location, I always try and stop in and see what treasures I can find when I am over this way!

I absolutely love Once Upon a Child! As a single mom, it’s such a relief to have a place that not only helps me clear out my kids’ closets by buying their outgrown clothes and toys but also always has a fantastic selection of gently used items at great prices. Their stock is constantly rotating, so I can always find what my kids need without breaking the bank. It’s like a little lifesaver for busy parents trying to stay organized and save money. Highly recommend!

Western Hills store I won’t go back. I brought in several footwear items to sell barely used in original boxes and a brand new pair of pants with tags still on them. I was told we will txt when done which took two hours, when I returned there was zero information on any items just an amount they would give. The offer was a joke when I know you can get better prices at other Once Upon a Child’s, even just selling on FB. Don’t waste your time I would rather just give the items away for free than go back.

Prices are fair. I like most of the staff although there is one lady who always gives me a lower offer than others. I've tested it out with the same clothing with her then refused and brought it back to another employee who gave me significantly more and accepted more of the clothing. So shopping here is great but sometimes selling can be challenging. For the most part it's a decent place.
