Much love to the women who work here, no disrespect to the men whatsoever.
O'Reilly, please retain them for their professionalism, stick-to-itiveness, and respect for the business.
Today, June 11, 2025, they broke a sweat, so to speak, to search for a case of catalytic converter cleaner, diagnose my vehicle issue, sell me and others products/parts, and assist mechanics on the phone with their parts orders/delivery.
And they did all that probably with pending breaks etc. and not forgetting to thank me as we customers exited.
Good grief, what more can one say (write)?
They're superior multitaskers so pay them accordingly.

Chuck is AMAZING! I initially went to the store on Spring Grove Ave. and had a horrible experience there. I was given the wrong headlight bulb twice and then accused of stealing while being physically threatened and refused a refund by the woman working at that store. After leaving the store I immediately reached out to the customer service department to explain what happened. The woman on the phone with me at their customer service department directed me to the Ridge Ave. location. When I arrived at the Ridge Ave location the manager Chuck was already aware of my situation and eager to help me. He actually walked out to my car to figure out exactly which headlight bulb I needed then he installed the bulb for me. I was refunded my money and given the bulb for free. Chuck treated me with kindness and respect which I greatly appreciate. He is wonderful at his job! The customer service woman i spoke with on the phone was amazing also. She was appalled by my treatment at the first store and did everything she possibly could to resolve my issue. Thank you both!!!!

As I was writing my response to my experience, I realized it's not just me, others found this stores employees to be extremely incompetent.They brought the wrong part after being told which one was needed then further inconvenienced us by not moving with a sense of urgency to correct their mistake. Just ridiculous ignorance and lack of sound management.
