The store manager Marvin was very helpful. Went above and beyond to provides us amazing customer service and got us back on the road with the parts I needed. Would of not been able to get out of the situation without his help. Need more guys like him in the world.

Called at 11:40 am they said my part will be there at 1;30 i called at 1:40 the person didn't do they job never order it i had to travel to a different location to receive help

I Bought a set of Monroe shocks from them For my Chevy express van they didn't last 800 Miles then to find out they were all recalled and should of never sold them to me Now the ones they gave me for replacement have went bad already and won't return my money I had to pay a Mechanic twice to install there Monroe shocks That are Junk they don't care about you promise but may act like it Until a issue arises Stay away from O'REILLY for any parts you may need Warning bad company
