Wow! This was actually a fun experience for my wife and me. Sarah is very helpful and has a wealth of lamp and lamp shade knowledge. I was dreading this wife project, but Sarah made it enjoyable and most importantly my wife is trilled with her recommendations. We've stopped in to see Sarah on several occasions, once to build a lamp from a cool vase my wife found at a garage sale, another time to rebuild an old lamp from my Mom, and most recently to purchase a floor lamp. The guys rebuilding/building lamps really know what they're doing as well. We'll be back.By the way, the area is really blossoming. Several fun bars, brewery and very unique lunch/dinner options all near byas well. We made it an afternoon…

Great experience. I brought in a pair of lamps and they helped me pick out appropriate shades and finials. One of the lamps had a fraying cord, so they re-wired it in a timely manner. This was my first time in an actual specialty lighting store and I would absolutely recommend their service. Thank you :)

Palette has helped me find special lamp shade sizes/materials and rewired old lamps. They even made new lamps out of vases for our living room. They are very knowledgeable, great problem solvers and really nice people.

I was impressed by their excellent customer service and electrical knowledgeability. I walked into their store with a malfunctioning Restoration Hardware chandelier and walked out about a half hour later - they fixed it. What could have been a $600 rewire job... they fixed it for $30. I was happily amazed and grateful. Thank you Palette Studies!!!

Fast service and repairs. Easy to access parking lot entrance in the back of store. Masks are not required in store as long as you are fully vaccinated. Electrician service referral is possible starting at $200 to install your chandelier. Lots of fun antique light sconces, table, floor lamps.
