Open my first account never got any checks. Never in stock with coin paper That they can’t count your coins. Back in 2015 I had withdrawn money and then used it for a money order but the bills Park National Bank gave me were fake. Don’t bank with these people unless you want constant issues. Different Staff every visit. Even as a customer, there’s a fee for everything. An inconvenience in every aspect. And good luck, finding another Park National Bank anywhere else. If you travel your constantly gonna be paying a fee at every ATM you’re at.

Currently have a loan with Park and called about getting another loan...3 times. A loan officer was supposed to call me back with information and failed to hear back from Park. Guess I will take my business elsewhere with my nearly perfect credit score and I'm sure another loan company would be happy to make thousands from interest rates.

I have been banking with Park since we bought our house in 2013 . The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Park to anyone in the area!

All of the staff at the Anderson location where my mother first opened her account and then the Eastgate staff when I started to help manage her financial affairs have been excellent! Marty, Melanie and Danny at Anderson and Denise at Eastgate have been friendly, helpful and are great examples of wonderful customer service!

Sadly, my application to finish the restoration of a New Richmond landmark 1877 building was turned down. We applied for a equity loan for up to $140,000 on a building worth about $400,000 that had no mortgage against it. To have that building finished would have created jobs and increased visitors to New Richmond, Ohio. We are seasoned business people, successfully running a profitable corporation since 1983 and they turned us down. We were not even made a counter offer. So, if they care about a community so much, why?

Worst experience I have ever had going to a bank in my life terrible a prepaid card would be worth more than an account at this bank, and I am an easy going nice guy who usually doesn't complain at all so that's really saying something!! I was directed to go to any bank by my credit card company over the phone for help with an issue, I only stopped here due to being away from the Credit Union I use to participate in a athletic event with work today and this bank was very close to the event. After no help and being treated terribly, I tried stopping at a nearby 5/3 bank as I didn't have time to travel to my Credit Union before they close today. 5/3 was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, was knowledgable of the issue I had with the credit card that this bank looked at me like I was crazy about. They fixed the issue quickly and even offered an account and credit card option to me which I am returning to accept when I have more time. Night and day difference.
