I came in to show my daughter the new Ray-Ban META glasses and make an appointment for my family to get new glasses. I looked forward to purchasing some smart glasses and vision frames for the family. I was insulted by Rebecca (Becky) when I inquired about their Meta display not working. My partner and I repair Ray-Ban demo boxes and this store was next on our list. He attempted to show Becky his credentials to repair the box and she refused. She took the box from the counter and asked my family to leave the store. This location was next to Mi Cozumel. I'm glad there's more than one location in the mall. The other location was much better. Tiffany was very helpful.

In my trial run today, Allison was amazing! She was so patient with me and explained the process so well that I was able to put in my contact lenses. I left feeling really confident and ready for my wedding day! Thanks again, Allison. You're the best.

I just popped in to see if they carried frames large enough for my giant head. Berdy took time to check and point me in the right direction. Then there was Allison. She was a blessing. The service and personality were above and beyond top notch. This was my first time visiting Pearle Vision, but I’m a customer for life. Those two deserve kudos across the board.

The Dr. is very thorough. He explains things very well. He is friendly and answers any questions we have. Getting my glasses there was a great experience as well. The salesperson helped me find frames that looked best on my face. It was altogether an easy and wonderful experience.

Dr. Dawson is the very best. As long as he’s the doc PV will keep me as a customer. Wouldn’t dream of changing eye docs. Got fitted today and Becky was very attentive and helpful making a decision with so very many frames to choose from. Berdy was also great - had pleasant conversation with him. I have nothing but good things to say. You can’t go wrong with Pearle Vision at Kenwood Town Center.

Dr. Dawson always does a thorough job and it shows that he really cares. When I expressed my gratitude to him for his work after my appointment, he gave all of the credit to his parents and their values.
His team also showed courtesy and attention to detail when consulting about my lenses.
