Very nice staff at the Sharonville Garage location. They offered a larger truck for a one-way rental cheaper than Budget or U-haul. They also offer a military discount.

I've rented twice from this location, and have had a fantastic experience both times. Kaylee made sure all of our needs were accommodated, and her customer service is top notch. Highly recommended!

Good luck finding a spot to park with a trailer. If you have to stay there you, they have a trailer out back with a couple chairs and a porta-pot. Not the friendliest bunch or knowledgeable.

I had my truck here for 10 days! One of the repairs were to replace the right front steer tire. I was told it was okay that it didn't need replaced ( aee pictures below). I took my truck to Erlanger Penske they replaced BOTH tires & wheels with no questions asked. There should be considerable amount of accountability for not making a repair of a safety item!

Our business reserved a commercial rental truck for our driver. We scheduled this well in advance of the needed date for service on one of our trucks.When he arrived it was not ready as quoted. Becky Kron described she had eight (8) new front desk employees. All the in person representatives at the desk were VERY skilled we met yet Katie used this as an excuse to assist our driver.Upon review, they misspelled our business name with clear written communication, and increased the quote for the same truck. When we shared the original quote she hesitated but would honor it.We were requested to pay a deposit of $5000. That was not a problem. Becky Kron, used a phrase "let's start over" a week after we confirmed the reservation. She was reluctant to provide the district manager's name and number when our team requested this information. This was requested because we paid additional dollars for our insurance to add it on.Additionally we we told the day of it would take an hour and a half to verify insurance information. Our drivers have A1 driving history and we have great insurance so this was not an issue.Additionally, our insurance company is three miles from the Penske Cincinnati location.We waited inside and were told it was not necessary to wait that she would call us. Becky made us feel unwelcome to wait inside.Our team waited, as we all know time is money. She never called back.Every step was taken to not issue the truck versus renting us the truck. Our drivers felt race played a major factor.We never heard back during our wait and called the next day. She again was unavailable. The front desk rep then said they could not find where our business was a brick and mortor, yet two days before Becky and I confirmed this.I then reached out to our contact in sales at Penske, Chad Powell and he emailed to call them back and they would give us the truck.This type of pick and choose and who you know is not consistent with the written mission and statement of Penske. It delayed our drivers and by far has been the worst experience.I do not recommend renting from this location for commercial purposes. Becky Kron is not capable of executing and articulating a clear path for business purposes. Our insurance company waisted time in submitting requested information never used. There are other companies that can assist when needing a commercial truck

the worst experience ever, unsafe truck, dog hair all over front seats, so I cut my rental time way way short paid my bill and ask for my deposit cashier's check back like I was promised at the time of rental I was told they would keep it in the safe and return it to me when I dropped the truck off, nope that didn't happen, they say 60 to 90 days, and I should see my money, and I ask about renting a truck with the brake pedal sinking to the floor and vibrating at highway speeds I was told ,it did not come from this location ,that truck was returned here from a different location so it didn't get the normal inspection, wow

Worst rental experience of my life.In January, our business rented a truck here & was told by MULTIPLE employees (WE TOOK NAMES) that the security deposit could be returned the following week if we returned the truck & rented again as we would then have an established business relationship.THAT WAS THE 1ST LIE. A material fact, btw, which would have prevented us from signing any contract at all.When we tried to do so, we were told the security deposit would not be returned for 30 days. We demanded to speak to higher authority and each time we spoke to someone else we were given a different time frame for the deposit return from 30-90 DAYS. The manager kept claiming the funds were sent off to corporate as if we cared & as if we, as a business, are not aware they have overhead to cover such mistakes & properly serve their clients. Also, we were repeatedly told we would receive a call back by end-of-day & always had to call back ourselves the next day.To add insult to injury, an employee of the billing dept says this happens ALL THE TIME. & as I scroll through these reviews, that is clearly true (the only truth told to us within the entire process).IT IS NOW MAY 4TH & STILL NO SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNED.I called to inquire about it & was told I would receive a call back as to "what we could do to get this process(return of the security deposit) going" because they needed help from someone higher up.What's complicated about returning a deposit you should have been taking care of yourself as a business?Why did I even have to call to receive it?WHY HAS IT BEEN 4 MONTHS??WHO IS HANDLING YOUR BOOKS???DO NOT RENT HERE.JULY 1 UPDATE:STILL NO REFUND. I have called multiple times and everyone scrambles to make up unreasonable excuses.
