Good overall experience and speedy service. I will say the waiting area didn't have the TV on and there was no coffee or drinks stocked but not the end of the world.

Very friendly staff. They diagnosed my cars issue within a couple of hours (unfortunately, it was a transmission issue and they do fix those). I would 100% bring my car back here for other issues

The high snow dislodged the plastic shield under my Honda Civic and it was dragging across the pavement everywhere I drove. Chad and the other workers took less than five minutes to get it back into place, and they didn’t charge me (which I was super grateful for, more than they know). He checked out my old tires too and told me I would be safe on them through the winter. I really appreciate him helping me out, and I valued his honesty about my tires (not just trying to sell me new ones). And everyone was super speedy, I was in and out of there in 10-15 minutes overall. I will likely be coming back to get some new tires in the near future!!!

Both 4 new tires from this place and all 4 of them are defected. 2 different shop pointed out why the tires are bad. My whole car vibrates and the clueless staff want to give me an appointment to rotate tires when is been done. This place is weak, staff are clueless, boring, no professionalism.

Other than being under staffed during a meeting the service was great. It was an easy fix but because I was traveling they kept my tire overnight to make sure it was not losing pressure so I would be safe.

Waites at the desk for 10 min after everyone on the back saw me. Someone finally came out and said "what's up" and was very rude when I told them I needed tires

No one likes to spend the amount of money on tires, but I'm satisfied that I made a great purchase. My salesperson Scott was very thorough explaining all my questions.
