I came to them a few years ago to get one tire and they really took care of me with the price. Bought my new vehicle I had to get new tires on it and I refuse to go back to tire discounters I went to this location and it was an easy smooth process as well as they took care of me on the price of new tires. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be taking my current vehicles to them as well as my future vehicles.

The staff is very friendly and they stick to the times they tell you. While you wait, there is a coffee maker, and afterward, you can sit down to rest for a while.

Customer service was great not sure who the guy was that I talked to but they were very friendly.
I took my truck in for service it was under limited warranty with Carvana so I’m not sure if that makes the difference in the diagnosis. When I dropped it off I explained that from my own research I concluded that the AC system was low on Freon this causing the radiator fans to run all the time. I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication or not but I’m pretty sure that I said verbatim “ please due a AC pressure and evac” because the AC compressor wouldn’t even kick on meaning that either the compressor was bad or it was low on Freon.
They called me back the next day and told me it needed a new PCM and I needed to take it to the dealership(this is a 2200 dollar job with labor at Castrucci) so if not for warranty this would be a heavy out of pocket cost.
Feeling hesitant on their diagnosis I decided to take it Firestone in Milford to get a 2nd opinion. They called me back same day and found a bad o-ring in one of the high pressure lines. Refilled it with Freon and lo and behold the fans turned off and the truck is operating as it should.
I’m not sure if they didn’t want to take the time to research themselves or if they just plugged it into a scanner and saw a few codes and that’s what led to their diagnosis or if they just don’t like dealing with warranty claims but be careful taking your vehicles here.

Solid work from friendly folks done quick!
I came in late afternoon with a tire puncture, and they had me set up with a fresh tire for less than their phone quote in about an hour and a half. Next time, I'm coming straight here.
