My 80 year old grandma came in and she couldn’t get into her car yesterday. She asked workers if she could use the phone and was told no. You let an 80 year old scared woman sit outside in the heat. She doesn’t have a phone. She ended up having to walk 2.5 miles to get help.

My dogs were welcomed by the staff and everyone was very friendly! Qiana trimmed both of our dogs nails and they were much more at ease with her than they were at PetSmart. It was our first experience at this location and we will be back!
Update We came in for the paw package today and Hannah did an amazing job too! This was a totally different time of day and different day than the last time. We showed up early and she gladly took our dogs in to trim up their nails. Another great experience!

The really skinny male employee was walking through the parking lot, not paying attention and directly walked in front of my car. Liability right there.

Pet supplies in Delhi had just the right cat toys for kitties to play and met my budget! The team is so helpful and will walk you Too your pets needs and knowledgeable of the store they work in. Everything is clean well organized was very happy leaving and with the discounts at the end with their doggie bark credit card speaker finishing touch to my visit of several times my twin sister also likes it wanted me to go there to shop for my pets.

I love going to the Delhi Pet Supplies Plus location. The store is always clean, staff friendly and helpful, and I find what I need and more. Great location to shop, I’d recommend anyone to go there.

update: i did end up returning again to utilize the self service wash (they closed the two other locations nearest to my house) and this time things looked a bit cleaner and there were towels and shampoos stocked. raising my rating from a 3 to a 4.

the two young male employees were friendly! but the self service dog wash was not clean. there are two tubs available, but half of the shampoo bottles were empty. there was only a few clean towels, while the dirty towel basket was overflowing. there are no hooks to hang personal items. although the location is convenient, i wouldn’t return here for the self service dog wash.
