Couldn’t find my account after multiple purchases at this store for a return. Couldn’t run the credit card the items were purchased on for a return, can’t exchange EXACT items instead of returns. Not interested in shopping at a store than makes returns this difficult. Receipts or nothing, good luck if you don’t have an account with them.

Took my Annie for the first time to get her nails trimmed and teeth brushed. The staff was amazing and the paw package was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommended and we will be back! Thank you Pet Supplies Plus 🐾

Amazing staff excellent service best management and great choices . Our Tiki kittie food is always in stock along with our special litter have to have for our diabetic cat !
One more very important thing to add . I was down with foot surgery they delivered right to my door and on time. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus Symmes for your kind friendly service as always makes kitties and our lives a little easier in the crazy world !

The past couple times I have taken my corgi here have been SO inconsistent. Every time we come here I get my hopes up that my dog will be groomed the right way and it falls short of something being inconsistent ever time. This time the groomer claimed that they couldnt groom her face, trim her ears or her tail because she wouldnt let them even tho she was on medication to be calm at the groomers. They left my corgi with a full face ungroomed hair still in/around her ears and a pom-pom for a tail. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning. As you can see the first two pictures are the most recent visit and other 2 pics are from other visits, last picture is before groomers. Paid for a full grooming even though her face, ears and tail was not even attempted to be cut shorter. My husband literally had to fix her face timming himself when they got home so it’d be more even.

They have what I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grooming department is amazing as well.
