I understand that they're a smaller company but it's weird to me that I pay $2.89 at PetSmart but at Petco the same can of dog food cost $4.25 as expensive as everything is this breaks my heart considering I live way closer to Petco and I have to go other places because their prices are so incredibly high.

Came 1 minute before close, they were locking the door and still let me in. So glad they let me grab the worms for my axolotl. Thanks so much for being patient.

I went to this petco 2/23/25 to purchase two Betta fish for my sons the employee stood around me an my family and listen to us decide which fish they wanted and as soon as my children picked out the fish they were so happy ,he/she Michael was on the name tag said we wasn’t allowed to purchase them because they didn’t have a heater in stock for the beta fish I told them I was going to go to a different location to purchase the heater and he/she refused to sell to us so we left my boys were so sad disappointed remind you these beta fish have no heater as well in the store just sitting in a cup of water in a plastic container please go to another location.if you need pet supplies you’re fine but purchasing live animals/fish go elsewhere.

I am disappointed in this Petco. I spent well over 45 mins and $200 in this store. When checking out I asked if they had a restroom, the cashier was hateful and said not to the public. I asked not even for paying customers, no just employees. Handed me my receipt and didn’t even bother with a “Thank You”
