My first experience at Hollywood was an exceptional one. Upon entering my dog was anxious to the point I thought we wouldn't stay long. Ruth an associate, approached us and made an unpleasant entrance into a very welcoming first experience! Ruth was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and empathetic to the needs of my dog and self. I am highly appreciative for her incredible assistance! Highly recommend Hollywood Feed and special thanks to Ruth who went above and beyond!

When I came here for medicine for my cat, the gentleman working was very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Hollywood Feed vs. the big name pet stores. A more personalized experience with knowledgeable employees.. who are actually nice? Sign me up.

Hollywood Feed staff in Hyde Park are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, personable and accommodating. I have changed all my pet buying needs to Hollywood Feed. And they have a frequent buyer program for food, self serve dog wash (Hyde Park only), food, etc. Highly recommend them!!!

Close enough to where I live that I can walk there. Has products not for sale at PetSmart or Kroger. Some reviewers complain about the prices, but less expensive cat food has ingredients that aren't appropriate for cats, so I'll pay a little extra for the quality. The only problem is finding something high quality that my cat will eat.

Me and my rescue pup had our first visit to Hollywood Feed Hyde Park today after reading about their wash station. I can't say enough good things about our experience! The team was super nice and helpful and the wash station was efficient and well stocked. Banksy did such a good job he got to pick a toy. I wish I could recall the name of the associate who helped us get set up as members and pick a strong toy for this tough chewer, but he was so awesome with my dog and so helpful answering questions and giving pets! Will have to go back and let him know that Mr. Banks absolutely loves his new pet Mr. Otter.

Absolutely love! The friendliest staff and always welcoming! My English Bulldog loves to go in while on our walk on the Wasson Trail! She always is looking for Justin to give her a treat!

Justin was the sweetest, most patient, compassionate and understanding person ive ever met at a pet store. I'm a new puppy owner and had a million questions/anxieties and he steered me in the right direction for my puppy needs. I could tell he cares a lot about his own pup therefore he gets it, you want the best for yours too. So glad I finally stopped in to check out the place. I'll be a forever costumer after this experience. Thanks Justin for caring
