They're on a sliding scale and made it affordable to take care of my furbabies. Great place, caring veterinarians and staff!

Although this is a great facility, the lady with the short purple hair needs a new job. She is a receptionist and being the "face" of the clinic, she really leaves a bad taste in people's mouths. She is always rude whether on the phone or in person. She is constantly giving the "stank face" to people as if we are interrupting her time, when she is in fact there to do a job.Get it together. Otherwise, the remaining staff are great and always make my dogs feel so happy.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I took my cats here for years and in the beginning they were great but they switched staff and the new staff is rude! The African American woman with the silly pink hair is one of the rudest, nastiest most unfriendly people I've ever met!! I stopped taking my cats there when they almost caused ones death! I had a very sick cat so I scheduled an appointment and when it came I was there 20 min early and they decided to see the woman who came in LATE for shots versus my cat who was actively dying (I had no idea). The woman I spoke of was so unprofessional and rude to me knowing I was upset, zero compassion! When I walked in she was playing on her phone and ignored me until i said something and then she just laid a clipboard down with zero instructions. I finally was taken back 2 hrs later and they told me I need to rush to the animal hospital but of course they needed payment so the nurse took my card so I didn't have to deal with the rude staff (I was hysterical at this point crying and told them how nasty the staff was) so I didn't check my bill until I got to gradys. I noticed they charged me for flea meds I didn't ask for our receive so I began calling and leaving messages for the office manager who refused to call me back. I left messages asking to talk about her staff and how I was treated and still nothing. I decided to call on my break and she happened to answer and lied about receiving any messages but quickly told on herself when I brought up her staff (2 weeks of messages were left mind you) and then she very rudely told me she doesn't care and that she sides with her staff (despite all the negative reviews) she then told me the extra charge was because they "forgot" to charge me 6 mos to which was a lie (I keep all receipts and pay on the way out) so after arguing with her she told me she would refund me and that she didn't care if they lose customers but never refunded me so I disputed the charges with my bank and won! Gradys was absolutely great and they saved my cats life so they are my new provider! If you can't afford to take care of your pets I get it and I understand but this place will not give them proper care and there is zero reason anyone should be rude and nasty while working in this field and especially if your pet is in distress!! That lady needs to be fired!!!

The folks here are absolutely incredible! The vet techs and doctors are very compassionate and thorough. This vet office is a great blessing to pets who are in need and the people parents who love them. I'm so grateful forever and ever to the wonderful people out there who give their love through donations and grants that make this establishment possible! And my kitty Batman loves you, too! ❤️If anyone needs a great vet that will help restore and maintain your pet's health, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! ?

As much as I would love to give this place a five-star review, I think it is unfortunate that the lady who works the front desk with short hair and answers the phone is so very rude to customers. I understand that this is a non-profit, but we are still paying for services and sometimes have very sick pets. She rolls her eyes and acts aggravated to have to be there doing her job. This is not been a one-time thing. She has been rude to me and I've witnessed her being rude to other patients on multiple occasions. Her attitude is extremely unnecessary
