I made online appointment and when I got there they didn’t have it in the system. Didn’t see my dog. I kinda felt slited . They said there was no more appointments today but another customer brought his dog in.

Rethink having your pet groomed here horrible customer service took our doodle to be groomed and walked out after was told it was going to be a different price & they might not be able to groom him, which was ridiculous & while they were doing whatever in the computer another groomer had a large doodle on the table pulling on his legs cause he was getting anxious be careful who you trust for your grooming.

Great friendly people here at this PetSmart location. They are always willing to help you and answer questions. They also seem very knowledgeable.

We get our dog groomed here. Dog grooming is great. Always on time for us (disclaimer - we always go early in the morning so they are never backed up. Don't know how on time afternoon appointments are.). Very satisfied.

Dropped my dog off at 12:15 pm and am now waiting on her at 6:15 pm. I would not recommend this Petsmart to have your dog groomed at… yes the comp me the price but it’s having my dog caged and finally get groomed. No bathroom break etc
