Came in to do the pet photo with Santa, waited 10 minutes there was no employee around and there was no semblance of where a line began or ended and just a bunch of people with dogs standing around looking confused.

The store is fine, but the amateurs groomers, they got killed my service dog. STAY AWAY FROM THE GROOMING PART!!!!!

For as over-priced as everything is, both the feeder and litter box I got feel very "dollar store" now that home. Could have got better & cheaper from Kroger. Also, items I need always seem to be out of stock or very poor selection available. Not worth the extra $$$.

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. My last trip here cost me 4 hours (what's the point of scheduling your dog?). The quality of the cut was so bad this time (I'm assuming because they had so many dogs to get through) that I've decided to buy a set of clippers off Amazon and forego the whole negative experience.

Don’t recommend their grooming services. Clearly they’ve gotten lazy and just shave the dogs.

I love this petsmart but after today i dont anymore, i found a dead fish in the betta section. Why does every petsmart have to have the bettas in such tiny plastic containers. Anytime I see a betta in any store its heartbreaking because they always are always not moving at all and just terrified. Why hasnt this changed yet???

Alright, let me unleash my inner goofball and talk about PetSmart in the most delightfully silly way possible, while being mindful of copyright laws, of course:
The average cost of a watt-hour in Silicon Valley, California, ranges from 8.27 cents to 65.46 cents, depending on the supplier and the time of day the energy is used. The average cost per kilowatt-hour in California is 33 cents, which is 73% higher than the national average rate of 19 cents.
