Adam was very disrespectful Brung a compressor to get my AC fixed after $700. It still blows out hot and was told that I was trying to be cheap. Didn’t want to pay for a diagnostics my compressor went out so I bought a compressor, Ask them can they put the compressor on? They came out open the hood said yes and now when I take it back, Because it will be cold than hot they say they don’t know what to tell me I should’ve not been cheap and got a diagnostic, if they would’ve told me I needed a diagnosis I would’ve got one, but I really don’t like how they just disregarded my concerns after I spent over $700 for everything will never go to this place or never refer anyone to this place and to insult me and say I was trying to be cheap when I am a business owner and could’ve paid for a diagnosis 10 times I’m not a mechanic and did not know. Only knew that I took my car somewhere. They said I needed air compressor so that’s what I did it but it’s okay no good will come to people that tries to get over

Took my truck in to these guys for tires and have my brakes inspected. They gave me a great deal on the tires and told me that I had time on the brakes if I needed to wait, but the pricing was so good that I had them replace them too. Great group of guys to work with and no pressure to do the work with them. I would definitely recommend them for any automotive repairs. Thanks Phat Pats!

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this car lot in the past few years and I still own all of them. They all still run great. I have also had mechanical work done there recently and the service was great as well. I highly recommend this place for all your Automotive needs.

Do not buy from these guys!!!. I paid cash for a vehicle left with the vehicle and a sales receipt... They withheld my title for 45 days and when they did send it they added a lien to it bc they are claiming that I have their dealer tag... Now I can't register the van until they release the lien on that is on the title... Which they are refusing to do until I give them the dealer tag, which I don't have.

I got good service, friendly staff, and they're straight down to business. No longer drawn out process (hallelujah) finally a dealership that gets you in and out 👍🏿. They're reliable and vehicles are really worth the value.

DO NOT SHOP AT PHAT PATS!! THIS SUMMER WAS TOLD I NEEDED A ALTERNATOR PAID THEM $268.94 AND THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. I NEVER ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK NOR MY ORIGINAL ALTERNATOR!! NOW TODAY I NEED MY BATTERY CHANGED OUT AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME!!! TOLD ME IT IS TOO COLD BUT MONTHS AGO THEY SAID THE “FRIEND” TOLD HIM NOT TO WORK ON MY CAR!!
