I’d give zero stars if that was an option…..I ordered a porch goose back on December 27th. Was under the impression it would be done in 2 weeks even though right before I put in the order I did chat with them and was told they maybe able to get it done for my daughters birthday party which was January 4th. So on the 3rd I contacted them and that’s when I was told it takes 12 to 13 days, I was ok with that and figured that it would be the 13th - 14th of January. Them days came and nothing so I reached out and then was told it takes 2 weeks and they had a week off for Christmas and then with the snow storm and cold weather they didn’t get their concrete…. I then told them it was a gift and was told they would crank the heat up and try to get it out the end of that week beginning of the next. So then my birthday January 22nd came and at this point I’m tired of the excuses and I asked about it and said if it wasn’t going to be ready that week I’d take a refund and cancel the order. I was told they was going to have a pickup Sunday but if I wanted a refund they do that and they knew someone who may have some ready now, that told me that they was not going to have it ready so I went ahead with the refund/cancel. My order was canceled and I never received a refund or anything suggesting I’ll get one. I’ve reached out and now I’m blocked on the shop app. I would like to get my 80 dollars back but it’s not looking like I will. Oh and I have found and bought a porch goose the weekend she tried to tell me there are none from here to Detroit. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone unless you plan on waiting in dog years for your product. I’ve also added screen shots so there’s no reason to think I am lying.
Update I see you responded on here and you never reached out to me I always reached out to you as you can clearly see in the screen shots. Had you reached out and explained things and kept me more up to date I wouldn’t be upset. As far as a refund in one of the messages from the 22nd you said there would be a email about the order being canceled then a refund email to follow which there’s been none other then the canceled. I’ve also contacted my bank to see if there’s a refund pending and there is nothing. So at this point i hope you become a better business owner and I hope anyone who buys from you doesn’t pay in advance. Thank you and have the day you deserve.

I ordered a concrete porch goose in November, with a expected delivery date in December. Mid December comes and still no word and still "in fulfillment" I contact the store and they said there was an issue with the concrete hardening but they are expected to ship them out and arrive before christmas. I get it, things happen and like to support local, small businesses.
Fast forward to 1/14/25, still no change to my order and the order in the "shop" app was changed to where I can check the status anymore. Contact the store again and they told me it would start shipping out on 1/17/25.
Today is 1/27/25, tried messaging again and said error finding your order and now the website has gone dark. Doing a charge back and walking away from this. Abysmal customer service and it felt like I was being straight up lied to for months. Would give 0 stars if possible. Which is a shame because I liked the vibe of this place and seemed like a really cool local store.

Savannah was so kind and helpful. The Monstera Albo I purchased from her is in beautiful condition and I’m completely obsessed! The price was unbeatable!

I'd give zero stars if I could since I never received the plant I ordered. All I got was bogus shipping numbers, excuses, and silence when I requested a refund. Don't take your chances buying from this place. I got ripped off.

I was looking for a gift for a friend and decided to try Philo! The selection was fantastic and I bought the cutest variegated maranta. Should’ve bought one for myself too! The ladies working were so nice and knowledgeable. I bought a pot and they potted it for me right then and there for free! Easiest and best gift I’ve ever purchased!

First time here, the store was adorable and the woman behind the counter was awesome and friendly. They have some really hard to find stuff and super reasonable prices.But: I bought a little starter Verrucosm for $20 and it had a death plug and severe root rot. Like rot to the point I could *smell* it as soon as I pulled off the plug. Entire thing was soaked, when I bought it they mentioned it had been watered that morning so I didn't think anything of it at the time. I'm hopeful I can bounce it back because it has some white roots still, but most are complete mush. I'm going to let it dry out a little and see how much more has to be removed.Kinda disappointing and wasn't expecting it from a collector store. I paid less for another philo starter from marketplace the same day and that one was in fluval and perfect health.

Tiny little shop but they make up for it by packing in variety of quality rare plants! I was also SOOO surprised at their prices. I bought a little Verrucosum starter plant for $20! Those are minimum $75 on Etsy. (I went to a different shop in Cincinnati & they were charging over $100 for ones that were barely bigger. Like… excuse me? That’s so rude!.) by far the most reasonably priced shop in this area. I’m so happy i decided to stop by. My only regret is not buying the baby Gigas & baby snowdrift.. & I REALLY wish I could have left w/ one of her new Aureas!

While heading to a kayaking outing for my work recently, I happened to drive by this spot, and seeing all the plants in the windows, I had to see what it was. Turns out, it was a plant shop, and since my lady loves plants, I knew I wanted to take her there. Was I glad I did? Definitely! It's a relatively small shop, but they have lots to offer. All sorts of unique stuff plants, plant accessories, plant shirts, tote bags, stickers, and more. Everything was prices very nicely too. Rhianna (I hope I spelled that right, my apologies to her if I didn't) was immensely friendly and knowledgeable. The entire place had a very positive feel. My lady ended up buying two plants, a cool sticker, and a pin all for great prices.I could certainly recommend this plant shop to any plant fan, whether just starting out or well experienced.
