Front desk ladies seemed to hate their job and there was this nurse who was very rude and very impatient with me mind you I was already nervous and sad about me getting an abortion so her being like that just made 10x worse . Other than that my doctor was great my doula was very kind and helpful.

Front desk staff were the definition of rude. Whoever the guy is answering afterhours is rude and needs to get a better phone or clean out his ears. Also,he was very winded like we interrupted something because I don't think there are any marathons being ran and almost midnight.

Whoever is answering the phone needs a lesson on how to talk to people because she was so rude. Considering most people calling and having questions, they are probably nervous & scared as I was & the condescending tone made it 10x worse. It’s already hard enough, the attitude is not appreciated. Whoever it is, please be kinder.

I don't think I've ever honestly had a doctor look me in the eye and say "Well, you likely have this debilitating disorder, and even though I'm literally right in front of you and could tell you, I'm not going to tell you if you actually do or not. Make another appointment." Like, are you serious? Everyone in this building was rude to me, from clerks to doctors. I've also never had such a difficult process to reach a DOCTOR before. I had to call upwards of 10 times. Each time a new issue came up - finally got through? They hung up. Finally got through? They said it was the 'wrong office' and couldn't transfer me. This happened so many times over again that I literally stopped trying. And guess what? They NEVER called me to give me my results. I've never had this experience at any Planned Parenthood.

had a visit for cancer screening. the staff were all caring and thoughtful. the wait time was short and total appointment time was really fast. the provider was informative and answered all of my questions. i'd called around and pricing was competitive. a staff member called me later that day to check i was all right. one of the best health care experiences i've had, and i'm a tough customer as i work in health care myself.

Very kind, caring employees all around. Booked an appointment online and showed up 15 min before my scheduled time, was able to fill out all paperwork and be with the nurse by the time my appointment was supposed to start. All employees were professional and very welcoming.

whoever was answering the phones today was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.update: finally got ahold of someone who was not the rude person answering the phones for a long time and i would like to say that Marida (i think that’s how you spell it) is extremely kind, professional, and courteous. she apologized profusely for her coworker’s behavior and gave us the help we needed.

I made an appointment online back in november for today december 5th . I got confirmation/ reminder about my appointment for today . When i arrived I said " Hi i have an appointment at 4:50 " She took my if and said " I dont see you in the system ". She called someone and could t find me . At that point i was confused, I showed them the appointment confirmation and email/ text i recieved about my appointment. Then she told me to call a number . I called and never answered. So i said " is there anyway i can talk to someon she said no . Also i asked if i can schedule an appointment right there for a different day . She said "no you have to make it online" which is bs . I walked out very angry . I TRY TO CALL TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED ALSO WHY HAVE THE OPTION TO BOOK ONLINE IF YOU GET THERE AND YOUR NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND WASTE YOUR TIME . I MISSED WORK BECAUSE OF THIS . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN YOUT BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN THIS LOCATION. DONT RECOMMEND.

I have never wrote a bad review in my life. I checked in and paid for my appointment at 10:45AM and I waited and waited so I double checked at 2pm to see why the wait was so long and the lady was dismissive and told me to wait until my name was called. Well I waited until 4:30, went up again to ask what the hold up was and apparently they had me pay and it said I was in the building but NEVER checked me in. I guess there was a new girl working that made a mistake... mistakes happen. But THAT on top of the fact that when I double checked to see what the hold up was on of the ladies didn't even assist me. I'm extremely upset. I put in a lot of effort to make sure my boyfriend and I both had work off, and sat there for basically 6 hours, no food and now they can't see me for another few days. I was very polite and patient but this is unacceptable.

They don’t get nearly the amount of the clout they deserve. The staff works so hard to make sure the patients feel safe. Protesters outside are horrible and these doctors are superhero’s
