I received a check that was difficult to cash and I had no luck. After visiting many different places, I finally tried PLS. The workers were very friendly and professional. Talesia Tribble assisted me and I she was so pleasant! She assured me that she would do the best she can and helped me cash my check! I was more than grateful. Good job Talessia, and keep it up!

Horrible, horrible horrible service extremely rude workers, and the percentage that they charge to cash a paycheck is absolutely insane I will never go back there and would never recommend anyone to go there for nothing!!!

Worst lady ever working at front desk. Gave me nine different reasons of why I wouldn't be able to cash check before I even handed her my ID or the checks and then once I handed her the checks and ID she literally told me that PLS wasn't check smart s better and then looked at me like I was a moron for just simply asking how would I get these cashed in saying you have to come back during business hours cuz we don't confirm checks after 5:00 p.m. which is interesting because they're open 24/7 I guess I'm lost and how a check cashing place that is open 24/7 can't cash a check past 5:00 p.m..
I know that everything she told me was BS just by the way she approached the whole situation nonetheless I was respectful but if I'm PLS I'm firing her immediately 354am Jan 22nd whoever the lady at the main desk awful awful awful worst worst person ever to represent PLS
Also hopefully you guys can look at cameras because I don't think she stopped looking at her phone or scrolling her Facebook or tinder or whatever for even 5 seconds to address my needs
