I got married and needed to change my name on my account. I went in and they claim they changed the name On my account and issued me a new debit card and if I don't receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days I need to call. Well it has been a month and a half and I got surgery a week and a half ago leaving my physically unable to leave my home for the next 6 weeks. I called this office and they told me my husband can't pick it up it has to be me physically there and to call their 888 number. I called the 888 number and they told me To give them my husbands name and approx time he will be arriving and they can give him your debit card. So I called back and they said whoever I spoke with on the 888 number was wrong and they refused to allow that to happen even given the circumstances that I am Physically disabled at this time and cannot go there. So at this time and until I am able to physically leave my home again approx 6-8 weeks I am without a debit card. I do not recommend this PNC location they are rude and selfish and were not nice when I was On the phone with them.

My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.
