THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE I UNDERSTAND THE POOR RATINGS AND THE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. WHY DOES PNC HAVE PHONES IF NO ONE EVER ANSWER? IS ANYONE AT THE BRANCH ACTUALLY WORKING? BETTER OFF GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR SERVICES.

PNC Bank new banking system is horrible!!! It's not telling you who you write your checks to. It just tell you who the business cash their checks to. The balance isn't done correctly. This is absolutely pitiful.

Terrible place. Bank teller is pocketing money. Lied and said machine was down but funds still got deducted from card. Promised funds would be returned and funds were NEVER returned. They are now saying there is nothing they can do about the money that THEY took out. They claimed that this happens OFTEN

I went inside.
Professional.
Alert to possible scams.
Should be more direct in their approach to customers.
Not too crowded in the morning. (Of course)
My experience was funny. I love in Florida and can't go visit a friend in Cincinnati. Because of the change, I have problems making purchases with my card, so I went to the bank but I was wearing a hat and sunglasses, a loose workout outfit. So, I get to talk to one of the agents, Jennifer and I'm feeling some nervous/negative energy. Then she asked me questions about why I'm on Ohio. I don't want to talk too much, so I said "Just visiting a friend."
Then after calling another part of PNC to reinstate the card, she explains that it's weird that I come in with a hat and sunglasses ? in a whole other state...
So, as I removed my hat and glasses, I started laughing so hard because I was like "oh no, I looks so suspicious". I was just trying to hard my tired face and bad hair day. Thankfully, I had my wallet opened with my university card from Florida and other stuff where she could see my name. That was very funny.

So apparently my ID expired less than a month ago. Said they could use a work ID that does not have an expiration date on it, but not the work ID I had because they did not recognize the company. And even though I come in here all the time, they could have helped me but they don't remember me. I remember you you were my regular teller at the White Oak Branch before it closed down. So 7 years...... Maybe you will remember me now that that I have to share my undesirable experience, let's be honest nobody is looking at these reviews except for management

Drive thru -no service ! I sent my deposit in and waited at the tube 5 minutes ( which is a lot to not be recognized after sending my deposit in) before I rang the bell, to which I was told I’ll be with you in moment. Well then I continued to wait an additional 5 minutes to have someone wait on me… 10 min you had my deposit while I waited for you to get the tube … ridiculousDrive thru is easy fast service, please adhere to that and make customers come in if they need additional time

Excellent service and worked with me so I was happy and understood allI actually went to this particular branch, that other branches were closer to my home, because of the service.

Don’t waste your time here. Go to Finneytown or somewhere else. They take a minimum of 10 minutes to do a basic deposit that other PNC banks take care of in minutes. Really surprising no one working here. Disgusted.

I left PNC years ago due to poor customer service. My son however has banked at the Northbrook branch for years as it’s close to his home. He had a fraudulent charge on his debit card today and went to the branch to dispute the charge and get a new card. He was told that he couidnt get a new card immediately because they were out of stock on the material it’s printed on and a dispute could take weeks or months!! Neither are remotely acceptable! My bank puts a credit back on my card within 2-3 days and how is someone supposed to go without a card for a week! Horrible customer service and archaic practices!’ L

Seeing the negative reviews of this branch is weird to me. I've never had an issue with the drive thru atm, except one time I tried to deposit a check that had both my name and another person's name on it. It wouldn't accept it because that other person's name wasn't on the account. So it actually saved me a fee. I've never used the walk up atm. Maybe that's the bad one? I don't go in the branch often but it's open as often as you'd expect for a bank. Maybe I'm the outlier here, but they've always been available to me whenever Ive needed them.
