About 1.5 yrs ago, I started my personal training journey with Prevail. I hadn’t really stepped foot in a gym prior—simply was looking for a place close to home. I never imagined this experience would make such a positive difference in my life.I’ve become close friends with my trainer/mentor— who is super knowledgeable and even pursues continued education. I’m happy with my body recomposition results, and believe that money spent on your health is money well-spent!About the gym:It’s a smaller gym focused on weight-lifting, and they’ve made good use of the space so it rarely feels crowded. If you’re looking for treadmills/ellipticals/tvs and amenities like that of a big-box gym, then this may not be for you.They’ve cultivated and nurtured a welcoming, non-superficial environment which I appreciate. Plus, the free walking group is a casual setting for you to meet everyone and get any of your questions answered!

This is a great place to take classes and work out. The strength class I take has helped with my running and the inclusiveness is wonderful. No matter the body type everyone is positively encouraged. I also like the fact that both Sarah and Andrew are willing to answer question during open gym. Both are extremely knowledgeable, no question is too dumb. A nice perk is the walking club that is here. You meet with a variety of different people and the emphasis is just moving and having a great time.

I’ve been working with Sarah as a ‘Strength in Numbers’ personal training client for nearly 18 months. What I gain from Sarah’s coaching is more than simply a tailored workout routine because she is such a thoughtful, experienced and educated professional trainer. If something doesn’t feel quite right she wants to know about it and come up with a solution to improve my capabilities. Sarah is a continuous learner who is always seeking to incorporate the best practices for her clients. More than that, she clearly cares about each of her clients and it shows in her approach.

I have been going to Prevail since they started. I am 65 years old and feel 15 years younger. I am stronger and more aware of the impact of how I bend & move has on my back. I attend scheduled sessions as a personal training client twice a week but can schedule a make-up session via the Vagaro app and can either attend another scheduled session or leverage the Trainerize app where Sarah creates a session that I follow on my phone during open gym. This is a great option because you get your workout in but can adjust the schedule to meet your personal needs. I am more motivated to workout knowing that Sarah is watching over me.

Sarah is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is capable of explaining movements multiple ways so that all athletes can comprehend the “why” and “how” much easier. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is multi-faceted. Sarah is able to connect clients to other professionals if they need assistance in other areas, overall a wonderful coach and a clean, well kept facility!

About 8 years ago I was diagnosed with RA, so after being active all my life, I found myself struggling to be motivated. Sarah has helped me to feel strong and never defeated. She always does something new and works every part of my body. She is so knowledgeable about the whole working system of our bodies, so thankful to be able to be a part of Prevail

I joined prevail in February of 2022. I love the atmosphere, it’s always clean,, Sarah and Andrew could not be more helpful with any and every question I have about form, setup, aches and pains. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. They truly want their clients to have THE best experience.

I cannot say enough how much I have enjoyed Prevail so far. The strength training is amazing but also a hip/hamstring issue that 3mons of therapy couldn’t fix has improved in 3 weeks with movement at Prevail! Both instructors really listen to what I want and need. So happy I found this place

I love the open and clean environment at Prevail and they have ALL of the equipment I need for both strength and mobility training. Plus, the owners and trainers are super knowledgeable and helpful! It truly has transformed my training!
