Arm of wash dented my roof on previous car and they declined to make it right. I heard the arm slam on my roof. Came back anyway with new car. I have to wipe dirt from car afterwards every time. Then they raised my monthly charge without any notification. Canceled monthly. Rinse and dry are terrible here.

This place has gone downhill over the past few years. If you’re seeking just a car wash, it does a pretty decent job, but if you’re looking for them to spray it off, it’s incredibly inconsistent. I have a subscription here and I Update: they’ve got new staff, that appears to be stable and has been around for a handful of months at this point. Customer service has gone up, quality of the wash has improved and they now have brought back the fresh towels and cleaner so that you can self clean after the wash. We have restarted our subscription.
I can tell you that the staff changes weekly. I feel bad for them. It’s gotta be tough to run a business. The vacuum area is generally in good shape and they provide towels and spray although recently there have been none available. Has the potential to be a great spot. I hope they can pull it back together.

I called Them to cancel my contract Tried calling on the phone and could never get an answer. I tried four times and it still couldn’t get an answer.

Car didn't get clean. Still had dirt on front and back bumper. Can't call them to cancel contract as they don't answer the phone. Terrible!

This place has gone down here over the past few years. They no longer have a brush you can use to clean your tires. The tire shine I was told is not operable. The chain constantly gets off track, making them close down for an uncertain amount of time. The vacuums are lackluster if they are working. It appears that the water pressure while getting a wash is turner down and it is noticeable as my car does not come completely clean.
When I first started coming to this car wash I felt like family. Now, I feel like the lonely cousin at the family reunion when I come around.

I hate giving bad reviews but this was not a great experience, left my car half wet which almost immediately turned into water spots. Seemed like the dryers weren't blowing air in the right places or something, just didn't blow the water off well at all. Also didn't clean my wheels at all. I could've got the same results just pressure washing it off for a fraction of the cost.

Vacuums are always clogged up always I have to pull in to vacuum, but then I have to change because the other vacuum on the other side doesn’t work. This is always been an issue with this place. I mean they’re just plain lazy all it is and let’s talk about the spraying of the car. Why are you spraying just have the car are you too lazy to walk around to the other side? The whole car is supposed to be sprayed. Laziness that’s what that is.
