Was involved with these low life's in a tax situation lied on realtor.com said it was a court ordered sale it wasn't .I paid the taxes off luckily a friend's even it on realtor.com or I wouldn't know it was on there. They are not very professional.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a dog house,thiefs is what they are shysters.

My husband and I are involved with them in Tax Foreclosure case. Jeff Lane filed false statements to try to obtain higher fees percentage by grossly undervaluing the property at 5% ($25 000 versus at least $450,000) of its value. He also ignores the fact that the home sits on two lots, only one of which is subject to foreclosure and the property cannot legally be transferred without resolving the encroachments and setbacks. The company and attorneys for Tax Ease should be investigated and prosecuted by the AG for fraud.

I put in an application, $200 deposit plus $45 application fee. I asked for their requirements for what would be needed for a co-signer & never got it. Which is against Fair Housing. I withdrew my application. It has now been over 12 days & I have yet to receive my $200 deposit. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company over the $200. I would never recommend this place. Shady dealings & they scam people out of money. They are not BBB accredited.

My apartment building is so quiet that I feel like I'm living in a house. I'm often the only person at the beautiful pool at Sutton Place. The staff and my neighbors are nice. My apartment has more storage than I can fill! I love it here!

It’s a very nice size apartment, I really like their closet space in the apartment, the neighbors/maintenance and Nikki are so very nice, Maintanance sometimes takes time but they get it done and I like the fact that they try very hard to make the apartment better day by day.

If there was a Zero star I would've picked it. the account manager who dealt with me would ignore and postpone my emails and takes forever to answer my questions , if i make a phone call always takes me to voicemail. I have rented a place and we agreed they will cover maintenance after im done fixing but they're trying to dis estimate the amount of money i paid and its all proved by receipts and invoices. very poor customer service they have. they gave me a hard time when i tried to get the place and would always be late in response. they made me lose a lot of money, and im going to have to take them to court.

Great landlords and well maintained proporties. Brian is friendly and prompt when responding to calls. Also used them as realator for purchasing my first home.very professional.
