Tired of Dealership Runaround? Try Professional Auto Service Instead!
Every time I take my car to the dealership (looking at you, Cronin Ford), they schedule an appointment, I drop it off the night before, and then—like clockwork—I get a call around 4:30 p.m. saying they didn’t get to it. Of course, by that time, it’s nearly impossible to make a plan before they close. They always say they expect to get to it in the next few days. So honestly—what’s the point of having an appointment?
Professional Auto Service is a completely different experience.
I called and spoke with Nancy, who was fantastic. She actually calls back when she says she will—imagine that! She originally asked me to drop the car off Friday morning, but when I explained I had to work at 8, she was flexible and said I could bring it Thursday evening. She even took the time to explain exactly where the key drop was.
When I arrived, I understood why she preferred Friday—the lot was absolutely full. Still, I dropped the keys and left the car.
By 3 p.m. Friday, I got a call that the work was done—on time! And here's the kicker: the bill was way less than I expected. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs. They simply evacuated and recharged the A/C, confirmed there were no leaks, and got it blowing ice cold—almost puts frost on the inside of the windows now!
Great service. Honest pricing. Done when promised.
My brother recommended them, and now I’m telling everyone who’ll listen. They can be a little tricky to find the first time (they’re up on a hill behind the BP station), but they are 100% worth the effort.

My 2018 Chevy Traverse had a leak in the air conditioning that another auto repair shop failed to find twice. Mike easily solved the issue and replaced the part quickly. I truly appreciate the amazing service and thank you so much!!!

I'm very Disappointed.I heard of this place through a good friend of mine.She got a really good car.I let him know.I was a single mom.I only had what I had which was 2000 and I got a car from them.I didn't expect to get a year out of it And it broke down three months later Saying the transmission is bad and i'm just out of luck being a single mom I even had somebody help me get that car By the grace of god and then this Here, I mean, no disrespect.I think Mike is a great person, but you don't do that. To a single mom struggling at that And it says professional auto sales, if it's a professional.You should know that the transmission is about to go out

DO NOT GO HERE! PARTS ARE STOLEN FROM CUSTOMER CARS THE UNSECURED LOT EVERY COUPLE MONTHS. THEY WILL NOT WARN YOU OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE LIABLE. Someone stole my catalytic converter while my car was in the shops possession last month. They act friendly but are only about the profits.

We always receive excellent service. The work done is very professional, (appropriate name) as well as affordable. They are very honest, and do not try to sell you services that are not needed. I highly recommend them. They are very kind and friendly as well. They have never been pushy or tried to talk us into having work done that we did not come for. We always have a wonderful experience, and have always been very happy with the work. We could not ask for more, and we are so thankful that my Dad found them for us. He went to them as well. We needed a pipe put on my car, and other places said they wanted to buy the pipe if they put it on. My Dad wanted to get the pipe for me and have someone else put it on. When he called Professional Auto Service, they told him they would be glad to put the pipe on, and price was great. They also said they believe in honest work. We, as well as our friends and relatives, have been blessed with their services ever since! Thanks so much!
