The product is good. My company uses only them for awards. Unfortunately, the email communication that I receive from them is rude and dismissive. Good customer service is an imperative. I would not recommend this company to others.

Order was never formally taken and what was made was not what was requested lid did not fit on trophy cup product was dirty had to ask them to clean it. Trophies where not completed when told they would be ready. I would not recommend this place at all run far away you will do better online.
