The staff is consistently described as kind, friendly, and fabulous, making patients feel comfortable and at ease, even during stressful or anxious times. They are polite, take time to explain procedures thoroughly, and are very professional. The facility itself is clean and very nice. The experience is often positive, efficient, and better than alternatives, with patients in and out quickly. A minor noted drawback is that the outside parking lot lighting is poor at night, making the location hard to find in the dark.

The staff at ProScan RV efficient and kind, and my technician went out of her way to make me comfortable.

The receptionist was very polite. I was in and out very quickly. The place was clean. The young lady who did my MRI explained everything that was going to happen during the testing and made sure I was comfortable.
