When I rented a unit someone from Public Storage called me to offer me a low monthly rate. When I contacted PS about renting, I was offered a lower rate. I specifically asked if this rate would stay the same and was not some “introductory rate” and was told it would not, that my rental would be $110. In one month they have increased my rent from the rate of $110 to $162 which is almost 50% higher. That’s extortion. I would expect a slight increase of maybe 5-10% over time but have only had the unit for a few months. A 50% increase is extortion.

I have rented 3 units at this facility for almost 20 years now. The property is always clean and Brandi takes care of me. She knows all of her 700 customers by name and makes sure everyone walks out of her office with a smile. I highly recommend this Public Storage and Brandi. I wouldn't go anywhere else! She always keeps me updated on any changes cost and rent request.
