I visited the Mt Washington location with 6 giant laundry bags full of quilts, comforters, towels and my regular weekly laundry that would’ve taken me all weekend (at least) to get through. I just unloaded my last one from the huge, fast dryers and I’m done in less than 2 hours with EVERYTHING! Cindy, the attendant, was friendly, helpful and a true joy to interact as I used the machines for the first time. Thank you, Cindy! Thank you QueenCity Laundry!!

This is the cleanest, nicest laundromat I have ever seen. The machines are cleaned regularly, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of seating, free wifi, and a park behind the Mt. Washington location.

My washer broke, so I angrily loaded up five loads of laundry. I assumed that the laundromat would be gross, expensive, and slow and it was none of those things! An hour and a half and $18 later, my five loads were washed and dried. The place was extremely clean and it was easy to pay with a card or QR code. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Very clean and has washers for every size load ranging from 25lb to 80lb. There are nice and clean chairs, tables and couches to sit at. Very spacious and I've not seen a machine down once.
