QCSS Red Bank is a great option if you are in need of additional storage space like me. I've had my unit since December 2016 and I could not be more pleased. Obtaining the unit was quick and easy. Also, I have the peace of mind of knowing that my belongings are stored in a well-kept and secure space with easy accessibility. Nick and Wayne are incredibly AWESOME! I highly recommend Queen City Self Storage Red Bank to anyone looking for a reliable, and secure storage option.

I have been renting a storage unit at Queen City for about two years now and I am very pleased. The gentlemen working there are always courteous and helpful. I am confident my items are safe and will remain in good condition. Definitely recommend Queen City!

We rented a u-haul. This location has many trucks- so they are likely to have one available. We were able to rent ours 10 hours before we needed it. The agent was polite and had the truck ready for pick up early. This was an easy transaction- both pick up and drop off. My only feedback is that the trucks were parked so close together that I couldn't get in or pull out of the spot without hitting the mirror on another vehicle- I had the agent do this, which he did gladly.

I rented a U-Haul from this location and the manager arrived over an hour late, causing me and the nine (!!!) other people that were also waiting to have a significant delay in our moving plans. The manager did not offer to compensate any of the moving expenses for the lost time either. I ended up having to pay my movers for an additional hour because of this significant delay. Rent your U-Hauls elsewhere!

I was in a real bind moving out of a rental in Cinti to a home in Dayton by a certain time. Wayne was terrific. I was able to do a short term rental of a space that was just what i needed. He was courteous, professional, the price was right. It was conveniently located for me. Very pleased.

I have been a customer for approximately 6/7 years now. At the time I started...Paul was the manager, whom I ADORED! Then, Wayne came on board. I can't say enough about the customer service that I've received! Wayne is an absolute JEWEL!! VERY understanding & accomodating. I can't say enough about this place. You won't find a better storage facility! :)
